Accepted abstracts will be presented in Award Paper / Free Paper sessions or as Posters, based on the Scientific Committee's decision.

The Scientific Committee holds the right to reject any abstract without assigning a reason.

Submitted work must be original, representing a first-time presentation in a scientific forum, and must not have been previously presented or published.

Author names and affiliations must be submitted on a separate page along with the HOD affiliation letter and a conflict of interest declaration; author or institute identity must not appear in the main abstract text.

A written undertaking signed by the presenting author and authenticated by the Departmental Head must confirm that the study has not been presented or submitted elsewhere, and presenting students should be the principal investigator or co-investigator.

Where applicable, a copy of the Institutional Ethics Committee clearance letter (or application receipt) attested by the Departmental Head must be submitted, with the presenting author named as Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator.

Supporting documents must be provided in PDF/JPEG format, as handwritten undertakings or documents will not be accepted.
