Guidelines, Requirements & Submission Checklist
Speaker sequence is determined by the Scientific Committee.
Slides must not exceed 15.
The title slide must feature the title, presenting author, conflict of interest, and a self-declaration that the work is unpublished and has not been presented elsewhere.
Judges may ask clarifying questions after the presentation.
Posters must contain an Introduction, Objective, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Co-authors' affiliations may be included.
A conflict of interest statement and source of support are mandatory.
Registered PGT delegate and Provisional Life Member of IADVL.
Letter of affiliation from the Head of Department.
Undertaking for abstract submission and declaration of conflict of interest.
IEC clearance letter or application receipt where applicable for studies.
Title; Aims and Objectives; Materials and Methods; Results and Analysis; Discussion; Conclusion.
Title; Introduction; Case Report; Discussion; Conclusion.
